Dunedin Destination Manager – Dunedin City Council

When we talk visitors, we don’t just mean leisure tourism. We are talking people who visit for all kinds of reasons, including events, education, conferences, cruise passenger and yes, recreational, holiday centric tourists.

Enterprise Dunedin, Dunedin City Council’s economic development agency, is seeking a well rounded professional to lead the delivery of Ōtepoti Dunedin Destination Management Plan. The city’s vision is to grow the value of the visitor economy to the benefit of the wider Ōtepoti Dunedin area, while enhancing our environments, taoka and community wellbeing.

Reporting to the Manager Enterprise Dunedin, the Dunedin Destination Manager will have a fulfilling, challenging and significant role to play as they manage a small team to deliver on the Ōtepoti Dunedin Destination Management Plan, are part of the leadership team for Enterprise Dunedin and sit on the wider leadership team for Dunedin City Council.
