The Sky World Entertainment Centre housing Auckland’s only IMAX screen is up for sale.
The nine-level complex includes 16,000sq m of net lettable area on a freehold 3,486 square metre site. Event Cinemas is an anchor in the building and operates the IMAX cinema screen.
According to Colliers, the property has a passing income of $4.25m currently, lower than a previously contracted rent income of approximately $9m.
Expressions of interest close on 27 April 2023 unless sold prior.
