Glazebrook Station in Marlborough is up for sale and has potential for tourism development, says real estate agency Bayleys.
The 8,877 hectare station is 46km up the Waihopai River valley and one hour away from Blenheim airport.
The sale would include the station’s current range of activities including farming, tourism, honey harvesting and hunting but “could integrate well with other tourism and recreation opportunities,” Bayleys said.
Offers for the station are being accepted until Friday 30 April.
